BAKED CHICKEN AND DRESSING -
GRAVY
 
Baked chicken and giblets
1 lb. box Saltine crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. parsley
1 lg. onion, diced
6 hard boiled eggs, diced
Poultry season
Salt and pepper

DRESSING: Cook onions and parsley in half the broth for about 5 minutes. Add crackers, half of the eggs, half of the giblets and poultry season. Mix - may be eaten as is or may bake at 350 degrees for desired dryness.

GRAVY: Mix flour in jar with water and add to half the broth. Add salt and pepper, half the eggs and half the giblets.
