BAKED CHICKEN WITH GRAVY 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash paprika
3-3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces, skinless
1/4 c. melted butter
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Coat chicken with flour and spices. Put "skin down" in melted butter in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and cook 15-20 minutes. Pour off fat. Turn over to 325 degrees. Lay onion and mushroom on top. Combine last 3 ingredients and pour over. Sprinkle with paprika, cook 15-20 minutes more.
