STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 med. onion
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. quick rice
Salt and pepper
2 lbs. ground beef

Wash and clean peppers. Cook rice and cool. Stuff peppers with ground beef and onion. Pour can of tomato sauce over peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 6.
