CHILLED BAKED GREEN PEPPERS IN
VINEGAR SALT PAPRIKA
 
6 sweet green peppers
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oil (optional)

Wash, clean and dry the green peppers. Heat in a moderate oven 350 F. for 10 minutes. Blend the vinegar, salt, pepper and oil. Remove the peppers from the oven and peel off and discard the thin skins. Cool and slice into 1/4 inch rings. Serve with mixed dressing. Serves 6.
