GREEN PEPPER VEGETABLE BOATS 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen onions and cream sauce
3 green peppers
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook frozen packages according to directions.

Drain peas and carrots and stir into cream sauce and keep hot.

Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membrane. Cook peppers in boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until tender. Fill with creamed vegetables. Serve hot. Serves 6.
