STEWED OKRA AND TOMATOES 
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. fat
1 pkg. frozen okra
1 can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Saute onion in fat. Add remaining ingredients and cook until okra is tender and mixture thickens, about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir to prevent sticking.
