STEWED OKRA AND TOMATOES 
1 tomato, cut in 8 pieces
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. white vinegar
Black pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced okra
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. thyme

Heat okra and onion in skillet until limp, add rest of ingredients, cover, simmer until all liquids evaporate. Yield: 2 servings - fat grams. 0.321 calories 41.9.
