PIE CRUST 
3/4 c. shortening (heaping)
1/4 c. cold water (from refrigerator)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Take 1/3 cup flour from the 2 cups flour and add cold water. Make a paste. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining flour, shortening and salt together until mixture forms small peas. Add the paste and mix a little, then roll out dough. Put in pie plates.
