3 lg. pkg. chocolate or chocolate fudge instant pudding
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
Marshmallows (optional)

Follow package of pudding. When set add whip cream, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well and chill until set.
