RHUBARB PUDDING 
4 c. cut up rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Place 4 cups rhubarb in 8 x 12 inch pan. Cream sugar and butter. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle batter with 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Pour 1 cup boiling water over all and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
