BASTING SAUCE 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
Salt & pepper

Cook onion and celery in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. This is a taste - enhancing all purpose sauce that can be used for beef, pork, hot dogs, chicken and vegetable.
