GRAPENUT PUDDING 
2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. Grapenuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat milk, sugar, and egg. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix in salt, Grapenuts, and vanilla. Bake, uncovered, for one hour in 325 degree oven. Serve with whipped cream or equal.
