GRAPENUT PUDDING 
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. Grape Nuts
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar
Nutmeg

Heat milk and Grape Nuts. Beat together eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla. Add hot milk mixture slowly and mix well. Place in greased bowl. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Set bowl in baking pan half full of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Can be doubled. Use 2-quart casserole.
