1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. chili powder
Pinch red pepper
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 can tomato sauce

Brown beef, mix and simmer 1 hour, then add 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon sugar and simmer 10 minutes.
