1 lb. ground beef
1 med. diced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 pt. water

Brown beef and onions, add seasonings. Simmer until thick then add a teaspoon mustard. Simmer for 10 minutes.
