CARROT SALAD 
1 bunch carrots
5 boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sweet relish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Dash of salt
1/2 c. sandwich spread

Scrape and clean carrots. Boil in small amount of water until tender. Drain and let cool completely (2 to 3 hours). Mix all ingredients together and season.
