CRANBERRY/APPLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. peeled, chopped apples with peelings
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar (or less if desired)
3 pkgs. cinnamon and spice instant oatmeal
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine apples, cranberries, 2 tablespoons flour, and cup of sugar. Mix well and place in 2 quart dish.

3 packages oatmeal and brown sugar. Melt butter and mix with oatmeal and white sugar. Spread over top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Place nuts on top. You can also use cherries on top for decoration if you desire.

Good for brunch with grits and eggs.
