CRANBERRY-APPLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 single serving pkg. instant oatmeal with cinnamon and spice
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine apples, cranberries, and all-purpose flour. Toss to coat. Add sugar, mixing well. Place in a 2-quart casserole.

Combine oatmeal, chopped pecans, 1/2 cup flour, and brown sugar. Add butter and stir well. Spoon over fruit mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
