CRANBERRY APPLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. raw chopped and peeled apples
2 c. raw cranberries
1 1/2 c. white vinegar

Put these ingredients into a casserole in the order listed.

In a saucepan, mix: 1/4 pound butter, melted, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 1/3 cups oatmeal, quick cook kind, 1 cup chopped nuts.

Sprinkle or spoon this mixture over fruit in casserole, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered.

Note: 1. May be served at any temperature 2. Can be used as a dessert with ice cream 3. Size of casserole may be increased by adding more fruit. Keep topping the same.
