HOT CRANBERRY APPLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced, unpeeled red apples
2 c. raw cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick softened butter
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix apples, cranberries and sugar. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine butter, brown sugar, flour, salt, oats and nuts. Sprinkle over apple-cranberry mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. A good compliment to turkey.
