CRANBERRY-APPLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. tart, peeled apples, diced
2 c. fresh whole cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix first three ingredients and put in 10"x13" pan. mix other ingredients together and sprinkle over fruit. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. To make more like a dessert, add 3/4 cup more sugar, leave out flour and add 1/2 cup less pecans.
