CHINESE GOOP 
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. hot water
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. quick cooking rice
1 can bean sprouts
1 c. chopped celery

Brown beef and onions. Pour into baking dish (cakepan) and mix with remaining ingredients. Bake covered with foil 1/2 hour, then uncovered for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cover with chow mein noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
