GOOP ON BREAD 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. crumbled crackers
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 loaf French bread (cut lengthwise)

Mix together beef, onion, crackers, mustard, cheese, salt and pepper. Cut bread lengthwise; spread mixture over bread halves. Bake at 375 degrees until meat is done (approximately 25-30 minutes). Place sliced cheese on top and melt.
