STRAWBERRIES WITH GRAND MARNIER
DIPPING SAUCE
 
3 boxes fresh strawberries, preferably with the stems on, wash and dried.

SAUCE:

8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/2 stick unsalted butter, soft
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients and chill slightly. Serve strawberries in a large crystal bowl with the sauce in a footed bowl in the center. Dip the berries in the sauce.
