CHEESE AND BROCCOLI PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 inch). Rinse broccoli to thaw; drain. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt, and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25-35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts, 1-2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
