FIESTA DIP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. hot catsup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. chopped stuffed green olive
1/4 c. chopped onion, or more
1 (8 oz.) can pinto beans

Brown meat, onion; add catsup, chili powder, and salt. Mash beans with small amount of liquid from can; add to meat mixture. Heat in chafing dish and garnish with the shredded cheese, chopped onion and chopped olives. Serves 6.
