SCANDINAVIAN FISH BAKE 
2 lb. fish fillets
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. soft bread crumbs (4 slices)
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 c. milk

Cut fillets in serving pieces. Coat with mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Arrange in single layer in dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Pour milk over. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix crumbs and butter. Pour sour cream over fish, top with crumbs. Bake for 10 minutes.
