ZESTY BAKED FISH 
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets (any kind)
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of pepper
Lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut fish fillets into serving size pieces and set aside. In small bowl, combine olive oil and lemon juice.

In large bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, dill weed, garlic powder and pepper. Dip fish pieces in oil mixture, then into crumb mixture. In greased shallow baking dish, arrange fish in one layer. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily. Serve garnished with lemon wedges. Serves 6.
