EASY BAKED FISH FILLETS 
1 1/2 lb. whitefish fillets
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Heat oven to 425°F. Place fish in a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, mayonnaise, onion powder and pepper. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter.

Bake about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
