BAKED FISH WITH CHEESE 
1 lb. haddock fillets
1 med. onion
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Arrange fish in a buttered baking dish. Slice the onion and saute in butter until tender, add bread crumbs, grated cheese and seasonings. Toss the mixture lightly with a fork, spread over the fish, pour milk around the fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. For less calories, cut butter down to 2 tablespoons, use 1 slice bread for crumbs and 1/4 cup milk.
