BAKED HADDOCK 
2 lbs. haddock fillets
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
1 c. med. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. small bread cubes, slightly buttered

Wash fish and place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and onion slices. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. Heat soup and pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with bread cubes. Cook some more until sauce begins to bubble. NOTE: To keep fish smell out of house lay celery under fish while baking.
