HOT FUDGE SAUCE ON ICE CREAM 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
Dash salt
2 tbsp. water
1 sm. (6 oz.) evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Blend in water, stir to dissolve cocoa. Add milk and bring to boil. Boil gently until thick, 3-4 minutes, stir often. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Serve warm. Makes 1 cup.
