EASY PECAN PIE 
1 box light brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. broken pecans

Mix together well first 2 ingredients. Mix together. Add next 4 ingredients to brown sugar and butter mixture. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Be sure no holes or broken places in crusts. Cook 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook 30 minutes or until pies are firm. Do not over cook.
