1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Blend Crisco, sugar, peanut butter, salt and egg. Add dry ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls, then press with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
