ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 can artichokes 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce Drain artichokes. Put in food processor and mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Place in baking casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes (can be refrigerated 24 hours if desired and then baked). Serve with Pita Bread cut into pie wedges and baked 3 to 4 minutes on cookie sheet at 400 degrees. |
