ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 lg. can artichoke hearts, not marinated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Use decorative casserole dish. Drain artichokes and dice. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Use any baking dish that you can also use as a serving dish. Serve with crackers of your choice.
