ST. PATRICK'S SALAD 
1/2 lb. fresh spinach
1 sm. head lettuce
1 tsp. grated onion
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
4 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Tear spinach and lettuce in salad bowl; add onions, eggs, and crumbled bacon. Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Stir until well mixed. Pour over salad. Toss gently. Yields 6-8 servings.
