ST. NICK SALAD | |
1 can pineapple chunks 4 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 6 tbsp. sugar 1 can white or red cherries 1/2 pt. whipping cream 3 bananas Mix in pan the sugar, flour and 2 eggs and juice from the can of pineapple. When this is thick, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Place in refrigerator until good and cold. Right before serving, add pineapple chunks, cherries, bananas and whipping cream to the custard. |
