ST. PATRICK SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
Reserved pineapple juice plus water to make 2 c.
1/8 tsp. mint flavoring
1 c. whipped topping
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. salad dressing

Dissolve gelatin in the hot water and juice. Add mint flavoring. Cool until s lightly congealed and then add whipped topping. Mix together pineapple, celery, nuts and salad dressing. Mix and pour into mold or square pan and serve on a bed of lettuce.
