IRISH STEW 
1 lb. stew beef
3 potatoes
1 box frozen peas
1 onion
1 pkg. carrots
Salt to taste

Brown stew meat in skillet; this is important for good flavor. Cook until tender in covered pan at low temperature. Slice potatoes, carrots and onion. Add peas in 15 minutes before the stew is done. Total time of cooking is 1 hour.
