CHOCOLATE AND OAT BARS 
1 c. milk chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. quick oats

Preheat oven to 325 to 350 degrees. Combine flour, oats, sugar and butter. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture. Press remaining mixture on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Pour condensed milk over this and sprinkle with nuts and morsels. Top with remaining mixture and press lightly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown.
