THREE BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) lima beans, drained
1 can (20 oz.) pork and beans
1 med. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut bacon and fry until almost crisp. Drain. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and add bacon. Stir well. Place in casserole dish and bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
