YUMMY COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 lg. container cottage cheese
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello (uncooked)
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 (16 oz.) whip topping
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Drain cottage cheese and then combine with Jello - set aside for about 1 hour. Drain pineapple, set aside.

Combine cottage cheese mixture and crushed pineapple. Add whipped topping and marshmallows. Blend well. Chill and serve.

Variety: Use orange Jello and mandarin oranges or strawberry or cherry Jello and pineapple.
