COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello

Dissolve in 2 cups hot water. When cool, add: 1 lb. cottage cheese 1 c. evaporated milk, whipped (chill before whipping) 1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise

Add anything you like - 1 can fruit cocktail (drained), cherries, olives, nuts, etc. Adding 1 envelope of Knox gelatin helps it to set. Soften the gelatin in cold water and add some of the hot mixture to it.
