PINEAPPLE CHEESE JELLO SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed sweetened pineapple with juice
1 (.3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lime Jello (or other flavor)
1 (12 oz.) carton 1% cottage cheese
1 1/3 c. dry instant skim milk

Heat 1/2 can pineapple. Add dry Jello and mix well. Add other half pineapple and cool until begins to set up. In food processor or blender, blend cottage cheese and dry milk until smooth. Add soft Jello and blend until smooth. Pour in serving dish and return to refrigerator and cool. Sets in approximately 2 hours.
