ORANGE/PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice for topping
1 can mandarin orange sections, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water. Add pineapple, orange sections, and marshmallows. Mix together and allow to set.

TOPPING:

1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice (add water to make 1 c.)
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. Dream Whip

Cook egg, flour, butter, sugar, and pineapple juice until thick, stirring constantly. Let cool completely. Whip Dream Whip with milk until thick. Fold into cooled ingredients. Spread over Jello. Sprinkle with ground nuts, if desired.
