PEACH ICE CREAM JELLO DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. peach flavor Jello
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 c. water

Use 8x8 pan. Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. When dissolved, add 1 quart vanilla ice cream. Stir until all ice cream is melted and mixture is creamy. Refrigerate until set.

Variation: Use 9x13 pan. Add sliced peaches on already set ice cream layer (1 smaller can, drained, or fresh if you prefer). Prepare 1 (3 ounce) package peach Jello according to instructions on box and pour on top of firm ice cream layer, already in pan. Refrigerate this until firm and serve.
