EASY PEACH RIPPLE ICE CREAM 
3 lg. fresh peaches
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Peel peaches and put through food chopper or mash very fine. Mix with lemon juice and sugar and chill for 30 minutes. Soften ice cream slightly. Whip cream until stiff and stir in flavoring. Quickly mix peaches, whipped cream and softened ice cream. Return to freezer until firm. Makes slightly more than 1 quart.
