JELLIED CHEESE-PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
Few drops green food coloring
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Chopped walnuts (opt.)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries, drained
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. cream style cottage cheese

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add food coloring; stir in pineapple. Chill until partially set. Meanwhile, thoroughly combine cottage cheese and cream cheese. Add to gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream and cherries. Turn into 4 cup mold; chill until set. Serves 6 to 8.

Chopped walnuts may be added, if desired.
