COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello
2 c. hot water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix Jello and hot water. When cooled, add crushed pineapple. When slightly congealed, add milk, nuts, cottage cheese, horseradish and mayonnaise. Pour into mold. Serves 12-16.
